GoToConnect This application should be used by remote employees to place/receive phone calls for your extension in the absence of phone hardware. EMB staff will NOT be required to use this for chat or meetings. Please expect that these messages will go unseen. 1. Create your GoTo Account a. Go to http://onjive.com/register b. Complete the registration form. (NOTE: You have already been added to EMB’s account) c. IMPORTANT: Make sure you enter your explainmybenefits.com email address in the business email address field. If you enter another email address, you will not be able to log in. d. Click Register. If you prefer visual instructions for creating your account watch the Create Your Account video 2. Download GoToConnect to Desktop and/or Mobile device Device How-to GoToConnect Desktop 1. Download GoToConnect for your operating system: • Download for Mac • Download for Windows 2. Open and run the downloaded install file. 3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
