3. Sign Into Your GoToConnect Account a. Open the GoToConnect application
4. Open Settings – each change saves automatically a. General
i. Uncheck, “Start GoToConnect Desktop automatically at launch”. ii. Work from home or Remote employees can choose to leave this checked or open it manually as needed to place/receive calls. b. Notifications i. Uncheck, All General Notifications and Do not disturb boxes. ii. Work from home or Remote employees can choose to leave the box next to Call checked. You do not need Message and Meeting notifications as those tools will not be used in this application. c. Voicemail i. Check, “Enable voicemail-to-email notifications” ii. Check, “Email voice recordings” and select WAV under the drop down iii. Check, “Delete messages after emailing voicemail” iv. Check, “Allow message review” v. Please Note – All voicemails delivered by email are transcribed to text for a preview before listening to the audio file. d. Close the application
