GoToMeeting This application will NOT be used to create/join meetings. The program will open in the background by default when you start/join a GoToMeeting from your calendar or Teams. 1. Download the application by visiting www.gotomeeting,com 2. In your browser go to https://www.gotomeeting.com/ and log in using the same credentials as your GoToConnect/Jive. 3. Open Settings – Select Meeting a. Organizer PIN – not required, please leave blank b. Audio i. Use built-in audio and check both computer mic and long-distance numbers. This should be set by default. c. Attendee experience i. Check, “Give attendees full access to screen sharing” d. Cloud Recordings i. Check, “Transcribe recorded meetings” ii. Check, “Detect Slides” e. Content Sharing & Security i. Check, Anyone with the link ii. Select your default share link expiration duration in the drop down as 12 months. f. Select Save at the bottom of the page g. Close the browser
